Yesterday's dock total indicates the rapidly improving albacore bite taking place 25 to 100 miles from San Diego: 334 anglers aboard 15 dayboats caught 835 albacore, 11 yellowtail, 10 bluefin tuna and three bonito. It is definitely time to book a trip if you haven't already done so.
