Drew Card checked in from the Pacific Queen, "It is 10:00 AM we're having a nice day on the water right now. As of this morning we have 20 Yellowtail on the boat, and 1 Bluefin tuna. There is a good sign of Yellowtail on kelp. We had a little bit of a sign of Bluefin in a few different areas. Adding to the potential to catch a Bluefin as well. The boat down below us has caught 20 Bluefin. So things are looking pretty good for us today. We have nice weather and good fishing conditions.

"We started a little closer to home, there have been a couple of boats who made some nice catches of Yellowtail as close as 85 miles. So things are moving up quickly. All this water has been moving up the last couple of days.

"Anyway if you want to go fishing with us we have a 1.5 Day trip leaving tomorrow night at Fisherman's Landing 619-221-8500. We also have a special trip coming up next weekend, next Friday night. It's a 2 Day. It's sponsored by Diawa. There will be a Diawa rep on board with some Diawa gear to pass out. We will also probably be raffling off a rod or a reel or both. So it will be a fun trip with lots of give-a-ways and a great opportunity for you to come down and talk to a Diawa rep and try out some of their gear.
