http://www.pacificqueensportfishing.comIn this "On the Water" report, this is what Drew had for us, "We're down here fishing Bluefin. We've seen som very, very, very impressive schoools. Unfortunately we did not wake up on them, we were just below where they bit the morning. We've got about 10 Bluefin on the boat, a couple Dorado and a Yellowtail. There were some decent hits today. I think some people got anywhere from 10 to maybe even up to 50 fish, as far as Bluefin goes. We have beautiful, flat calm weather. We're in day 2 now of good weather. As we have more good weather, the fish will continue to show and bite better. We're just on a 1 Day so we are working our way up to find some more Bluefin tuna as well as some Yellowfin. The guys that are working on 1.5 day trips, or longer are seeing a good sign of Dorado. They are scratching at some Yellowtail as well as catching Bluefin Tuna.
"Anyway we have a trip tonight, beautiful weather. There are fish around, earlier we got on one the the better schools I have seen all year. They were boiling up like you cannot believe. Drew Card checked in on Sunday evening, "We had a nice day down here with our charter party. We had 20 guys, we scratched out 23 nice Bluefin, all 25 to 30 lbs. We also got 12 Yellowtail and 2 Dorado. There's a very good sign of Bluefin and they actually bit a little bit. Our score doesn't reflect what went on, there was very good potential for some Bluefin fishing and I'm very excited for the days to come.......

"We're having a good day out here catching Bluefin, we're up to 20 fish this morning. We have a light load, 20 guys on the boat. There's better weather scheduled for the whole week. We've been looking for flat calm weather for awhile, but we haven't been able to get it. We knew if we got flat calm weather we'd be catching fish and we're catching fish with some help from the weather. The Bluefin are nice running about 35......
