Our ultra light load aboard the Mirage out of Channel Islands Sportfishing was blast. We checked Santa Barbara Island for exotics as the water conditions and temperature were poised to produce. Captain Tucker made an outstanding decision to comb around SBI and bypass the weather at the Northern Channel Islands. We searched the entire island and marked plenty of fish, but they just didn't want cooperate. The rest of the day we stayed shallow and loaded up with quality Coppers and Sheephead. A great time was enjoyed by all and a special thanks to Tucker, Luke, Dan, and Andrew for another great trip and hospitality aboard the Mirage!
