After a very slow day at the Ridge the Red Rooster III has a stellar evening

"We had a very slow day looking outside the Ridge," wrote Red Rooster III skipper Andy Cates October 8. "All day looking for nothing floating. 82-degree water certainly no kelps. We anchored up in the evening and started scratching at Yellowfin, Yellowtail and dorado. We kept hooking fish until the morning. The guys that stayed up enjoyed catching fish with nobody at the rail. There were a few Grouper mixed in as well. Only one wahoo for the day. We will be in pursuit today and hoping for a big day on dorado."
