http://www.fishingvideos.com"What an incredible morning of Big Tuna fishing we all experienced today," said the report from Intrepid October 12. "With 20-plus knots of wind and six to eight-foot seas and a westerly current, our morning started off with a couple of big fish on the Iron, but the sea state had pushed us off our spot, so a quick re-positioning of the boat and we were sitting just right again. It only took about five minutes for the Big Yellowfin to find us, then they went on a feeding frenzy! At one point today we had 20 of 23 anglers tied into a big fish simultaneously. Incredible!
"Eight to 10 fish at a time hanging off the bow and going around the anchor with a very similar scenario on the stern, CHAOS, everyone working together like the experienced group they are was just amazing to be part of. "Gaff In The Bow,' the screams would come, 'Color up the side, Another Gaff up here!' All morning long they were biting, everyone caught a good one and then some today!"
"Many big fish hit the deck and lots of high fives all around were the results of hard work and an excellent crew who were very busy at times with so many BIG Fish hooked up at once. Unfortunately we have had to drive away from this incredible fishing due to the storm on its way and the growing weather, currently bucking against heavy seas with over 25 knots of wind also pushing against us we are making tracks to be on the safe side. We will get to another location in couple of days and see how the weather is. For now, everyone is telling battle stories and nursing sore arms and backs."
