Hi Anglers,

Fall is in the air and the holidays just around the corner. Hard to believe as the temperatures have been hovering in the mid 80's. Both the Ranger 85 and Coral Sea are still on the water fishing the Northern Channel Islands.

There has been consistent live squid helping the bite, and what a bite it has been. Limit style fishing for quality delicious rockfish as well as great lingcod catching. On a recent 2 Day Trip to San Miguel, 25 anglers boated 100 Lingcod up to 28 lbs.

Don't miss out on the balance of the season. I would like to highlight a LIMITED LOAD PRIVATE CHARTER fishing this weekend onboard the Coral Sea. Charter Master Rey Cruz has a few openings that he would like to fill. This trip departs Saturday November 10 at 10pm. Target destination is the outer Channel Islands for quality rockfish, whitefish and lings.

Contact Rey personally for you chance to fish with a great group of guys. (This is a perfect opportunity to make a great connection with those that fish a few times a year).

We also have a couple 2 Day Trips remaining on the Ranger 85 calendar before we wrap up our season.

The schedule online @ Ranger85.com. The weekend of Thanksgiving has traditionally been a popular trip and we just added the first 2 days of December due to customers' requests. This will be our (Ranger 85) last trip of the season. You can book those trips online @ Ranger85.com or contact the office @ 805 382 1612.

Thanks to all for fishing with us this season, and we hope to see you onboard these trips in the coming days.

See you at the rail,

Capt. Frank
