"So far today we have about 25 tuna," reported Red Rooster III skipper Andy Cates November 30, "and so far there are four over 200 pounds. Charles Tanaka caught a 230-pound tuna, Allen Lemberg a 270, Archie Irion a 216 and Steve Griswald a 204-pounder. Still fishing kite fish (better-sized fish), with great weather. We're trying to pick up a few of the nicer fish here! We are gonna stay out at the Islands as we are getting some nice grade fish. All we need to catch is a few more fish, after the incredible fishing we had the first couple of days!"
