Roy Rose was very excited when he called in with this report for the Royal Polaris. "We are out on our Family trip, the average age is 8 to 12 years old. We have had fantastic fishing here. We just got done fishing for Yellowtail. We got full limits of Yellowtail for 37 kids. That's 18 to 35 lb. Yellows. The bulk of that fish is 25 lbs. Very, very good grade.

"We rolled up the coast and we rolled into Cedros and we had excellent Calico Bass. We released a lot of 2 to 5 lb. fish. We also caught some nice Halibut. We picked up 8 of those. Now we are trying our hand offshore. This morning we have a handful of Yellowfin, 18 to 25 lbs and we've got high hopes. Very nice weather."
