Crowley Lake Fish Camp

The fly fishing was pretty slow over the weekend. The algae is making things tough over in McGee Bay. There are some fish out in 12 to 14 feet of water, but it's been hard to keep your flies klean. Big Hilton is still holding some fish, not nearly as many as there were a couple of weeks ago. The water is a little cleaner, but things are still pretty tough Little Hilton has not really started to go off, we have caught a few small browns in 12 to 14 feet of water. The North Arm is still clean, but the fish are really scattered up there. Hopefully our warm weather will kill off all the algae and get things back on track.
