http://www.excelsportfishing.comJustin Fleck called in from the Excel with this update. "We finished up our Sogioka/Stires 7 Day Trip by fishing along the beach. We had some excellent fishing on shallow water Rockfish, Bass, some Halibut. It was just good to get everybody out at the rail yank'n and crank'n. Yesterday we looked offshore. We covered all of the same territory where we were catching that Yellowfin tuna last week and the week before that. It seems like that fish has moved up a little closer to home. We didn't have much success, we only ended up with 14. All-in-all we had a very good trip. We had good Bluefin fishing, good Yellowtail fishing, a sample of Yellowfin and then some beach fish today. So the guys are happy, the crew is happy, the boat is running good and the weather is nice. We get in tomorrow morning to Fisherman's Landing around 8:00 AM and we turn around on a 3 Day Seeker Rods charter. We're looking forward to fishing that Bluefin and Yellowfin local. That's the report from the Excel, we'll check in again tomorrow."

Justin Fleck called in from the Excel with this report, "We had another good day of Yellowtail fishing yesterday. Pick'n at them 1, 2, 3 at a time. A good grade today, a better grade than yesterday. A lot of the fish are 20 to 25 lbs., a few in the upper 30's or lower 40's. There is a good sign of Yellowtail around the islands. We're happy to see that for upcoming trips.
