There was at least one halibut caught too. They are fishing at Cedros Island. The weather is also terrific!

We left on another summer 5-day trip yesterday. Today we travelled south towards Cedros Island. We had a great day of fishing! Most of our catch came from kelp paddies. We kept 85 yellowtail with most of the fish being 15-30 pounds. We released 20 fish under 15 pounds. We did see a few yellowfin tuna in the 15-20 pound range on the kelps.
