The Nor-Cal Tuna Chasers put the wood to the Bluefin Tuna today! We got on a school at 10am and drifted with them until 8pm. Incredible fishing for Bluefin in the 30-60lb range with a few bigger and a few smaller, 3-10 hanging ALL day long. 211 Bluefin, 27 Yellows, and 6 Dorado hit the deck during the bite! It was just an awesome display of true team work from the crew and fishermen, very few losses. Everyone is extremely sore, tired, and enjoying a fine Yellowtail dinner prepared by Chef Mark Pariano along with some much needed cocktails in the Gumba Lounge. We will be working south tonight.
