We had a decent day of Wahoo fishing today. There were a handful of guys that had never caught a Wahoo, but they were able to cross that one off the list today. It wasn't wide open or even stellar by any means, but a nice pick at these great grade skinnies through out the day. Hot stick today was Stephen Sotelo who landed 4 and handed off another, way to go Stephen! Throw in a few Yellows, some Cabrilla, bonus Dorado's, and you have a nice day of fishing. The weather was just perfect as well. We all took a few moments this afternoon as we drifted in tight to the rocks to give our friend Gumba (Ray Jarvis) a final salute as he rests peacefully in the ocean at his favorite fishing spot.
