What a great day! Buffet Day here on the Intrepid is always a festive occasion, but this evenings culinary display provided by executive Chef Mark Pariano was amazing. The talent of Chef Mark is hard to describe, but amazing is a good start. You just need to be here and experience this level of cuisine found only on The Intrepid to understand. Seafood mountains, hot dish counter, dessert counter, seared Ahi, grilled King Salmon, Alaskan King Crab Legs, and the list can go on and on!! All this after we had very fun afternoon of Yellowtail fishing with the Yo-Yo jigs. Some of the hot sticks, Like "FishyBuzz" again, who put on a clinic with the Yo-Yo or Vincent Foster who was right behind Fishy landing many of the frisky Tails. The calm sea, the scenery, which included an amazing sunset, was a great way to break up the ride home. Tomorrow we will have a couple hrs to add some more variety to the catch before calling it a trip. Wish us Luck. "The Intrepid Team"
