http://www.crowleylakefishcamp.comThe fly fishing improved quite a bit this past week, lots of small stockers, with good numbers of the mid size Browns and Bows. We have also been seeing 4 or 5 of the large fish on most days.
If you are going out, hit McGee early, it seems that the fish have been biting early, then take a short break, and get going again till the wind comes up. I've been starting with Copper
Zebras, Copper Tigers, and Albino Barons all fished about 6 inches from the bottom. When the bugs start showing, get the grey patterns out there. Large Super Flies on top, and a small Shaft on the bottom has worked best for me. Start out in about 8 or 9 feet of water, and then move out to about 10 feet once
the sun get high around 11:00.
For those of you who don't like the crowds, the north arm is still holding fish off of Green Banks Bay in 9 to 10 feet of water. Copper Zebras and Copper Tigers have been best up north.

The fly fishing slowed down quite a bit this week, probably due to the thunder storms that have been rolling......

Crowley has continued to be pretty good this past week, McGee Bay, and the North Arm are both producing fish.......
