We had a mixed bag for our fishing today. The Wahoo didn't bite like we had hoped for, but the Dorado and the Yellows made up for it. The Dorado were all nice grade and the Yellows were the beautiful Alijos Grade 25-40 lb. fish. There were many losses on the Yellows today as the fish were hanging very tight to a couple of shallow water pinnacles and when you hooked them you had better get their head turned quickly or it was game over! Everyone had a blast trying to get the big Home guards away from the rocks even though the fish won most of the battles. It was entertaining fishing to say the least, we always want to catch them all, but that's the beauty of fishing, the fish need to win sometimes. When you did get them away you were rewarded with great quality fish. So, we scratched out a nice day and are on the move to another area along the beach and out of this wind. Wish us luck.
