Good evening anglers. We had experienced some e-mail issues, so these posts are a day behind. On Saturday we fished the lower bank area and were rewarded with a great day of big Yellowfin fishing. The sign down here is great, watching 130 to 280 pound fish exploding on bait right next to the boat is entertainment in its own right. The biggest drawback is how mean these fish are. Three hour battles on 130 pound are not uncommon and the end result can sometimes be heartbreaking. We ended our day with 22 of these beauties with 4 going over the 200 lb mark. The weather is ridiculously nice and we will be here tomorrow. "The Intrepid Team"
