Fishing is good throughout Logan River for 'bows & browns

Anglers are catching rainbow and brown trout using blue wings sizes 16 & 18, October caddis flies, midges, nymphs and scuds. You may also want to try using worms, garlic PowerBait, shiny spinners and spoons. Fish seem to be most active around midday, at about 4 p.m. See the current water level.

Millsite Reservoir & State Park: Millsite Reservoir is fishing well but the fish have been smaller
Scofield Reservoir: 18.3 lb. Tiger Trout caught at Scofield Reservoir, which is just short of the Utah state record
Straight Canyon Creek: Very nice Brown Trout fishing, 12" to 13" range at Straight Canyon Creek
Flaming Gorge Reservoir (UT & WY): Fishing is fair to good at Flaming Gorge depending on the species
Green River: Anglers report good fishing at Green River as the browns are spawning
Red Fleet Reservoir: Rainbows & Walleye are both active at Red Fleet Reservoir
Starvation Reservoir: Rainbows are actively feeding at Starvation
Steinaker Reservoir: The 'bows are on the bite at Steinaker & there are reports of some Brown activity as well

Flaming Gorge Reservoir (UT & WY): Fishing is fair to good at Flaming Gorge. If one species isn't working, move to the next
Green River: Green River anglers are reporting good fishing as the Browns are in spawn mode
Red Fleet Reservoir: Anglers report fair to good fishing for rainbows and walleye from boats at Red Fleet Reservoir
Starvation Reservoir: Recent reports indicate good fishing for rainbow and walleye at Starvation Reservoir
Steinaker Reservoir: Anglers report fair to good fishing for rainbows, & they're also catching a few browns at Steinaker
