Bill Cavanaugh checked in with this report for the Pacific Dawn. "We just finished up our daily limits of Rockfish. We finished it up in 1 drift. We had very, very good Red and Chucklehead fishing. We have had quite the spectacular day out here. We have daily limits of Lingcod, limits of Reds & Chucks. We have a number of nice big Whitefish. We picked up a really big Sheephead, we got a 30 lb. Halibut. We have just had a phenomenal day out here.

On top of the the weather has been great, almost no wind. Just a great day on the water. I talked with Ventura Sportfishing, we only have 15 reservations for our trip tonight (Dec 21), so we have plenty of room. The weather is forecast to be better tomorrow.
