Ice conditions remain unsafe. Haymeadow is about 70 percent ice covered. Neither fishing from the dam nor launching a boat is possible at this time. Cold Springs Reservoir has 50 percent open water. The boat launch is iced in and so is the dam. The lower end of Adams-McGill is open, and there are spots of open water throughout the reservoir. Dacey is covered with ice, but as of Tuesday it remains unsafe. Roads on the area are dry.
