Lake Mohave Fish Report

Nevada Department of Wildlife

Report Date:

While the stripers have been relatively elusive, one lucky angler did manage to reel in a fish weighing 23 pounds near mile marker 52 at Willow Beach.?? Catfish have been fairly active at night in the backs of coves. Anchovies are the most popular bait. As the weather warms, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass and the various species of sunfish are becoming more active as well. Working small jigs or dark plastics in the coves near rock shelves or thick brush should find positive results.
