Trout fishing was fair early in the week for those flat lining Kastmasters, Rapalas, and flicker shads along northwest shoreline. Shore reports were hard to come by but all the tradional spots such as E point, and Harveys should still be holding fish. March 20th is the next scheduled trout plant, with two more to follow in April to get things in gear for this years annual trout derby slated for April 12th and 13th. It was known that there was a bit of a crappie bite, as well as bass, and catfish all down in the east end of the lake prior to the recent storm activity.

Several anglers reported |wide open" action trolling Rapala C.D 3's and Kastmasters. Unfortunately on Sunday the bite cooled off as fast as it heated up, at least in that area of the lake. Bass fishing still a bit slow, and with only a handful of people targeting them last week reports were......
