Today's Fish Count: 2 boats and 51 anglers caught.. 41 Lingcod, 480 Rockfish, 8 Sculpin and 8 Ocean Whitefish. On the water reports were both positive from Pat Cavanaugh of the Pacific Dawn and Greg Ewart on the Island Spirit. Weather conditions at the islands ended up being very nice dispite concerning forecast predictions.

Island Spirit had 32 anglers depart this morning to Santa Cruz Island and quickly found good fishing for red snapper and a few lingcod (pictured here). Pacific Dawn fished Santa Rosa Island in great weather on the backside. Lingcod were biting everything said Cavanaugh.. and outer island reds were also coming up doubles.
