One angler reported catching five fish in 20 minutes while using artificial salmon eggs and PowerBait (in yellow, pink and white) while fishing from the dam. The ice is off Hobbs Reservoir and the fishing is great! Anglers report good fishing using pheasant tails and other sub-surface flies from the shore.
