On April 28, our Bear Lake biologist reported good fishing for cutthroat trout trolling jointed flat fish or jointed Rapalas in 80-120 feet of water. He noted that jigging success has tapered off, but some anglers are experiencing good fishing with jogs off the rockpile and Second Point on the east side.
