Anglers have been reporting slow fishing since ice-off. Bait anglers should try using chub meat, sucker meat, dead minnows or nightcrawlers -- but not PowerBait. Boat anglers will catch the most fish if they use a fish graph. The rocky east side, especially south of the dam, has provided the best fishing this spring.
