Looks like things are heating up offshore.

It's not yet the Fourth of July, and good scores of tuna are becoming the norm from our fleet to the south.

The Ranger 85 has one more trip this evening before we transition to San Diego for our piece of the action.

Before we get into that, I just got off the SAT phone with the Dustin on the Ranger. They have a handful of seabass for the morning and a couple of halibut. We are all tanked up with squid for tonight! The weather finally took a turn for the better, and we will be targeting game fish on tonight/tomorrows trip.

We have plenty of space available, live squid and GREAT weather in the forecast.

The wind these past few days has put a damper on the seabass scores, but we look forward to a bounce back tomorrow.

The San Diego forecast looks favorable with both yellowfin and Bluefin tuna being caught.

The past couple days, the weather straightened out and boats pieced together some GREAT scores on the YFT.

Fish are being caught on both jigs and live bait, with the bait situation improving.

We begin our offshore season this week departing from H&M Landing on Thursday evening and will be offering a full line of trips varying from 1 to 3.5 days in duration.

This season, we will see a return to the highly sought after 1.5 day trips as the yellowfin make their presence known.
