Fishing at the Northern Channel Islands is still very good. Outer island white seabass and halibut are still around and being caught. Local island fishing is good too with a chance to catch virtually anything, but the calico bass bite is off the hook! Give us a call to book your spots.. space is limited!

3/4 DAY & FULL DAY TACKLE: local islands or coastal fishing. Bring a lite rod/reel combo that you can cast with 12-20lb line. Also bring a medium rod/reel combo with 25-30lb line. Torpedo sinkers ranging from 6oz to 12oz and maybe some sliding sinkers from 1/4oz to 3/4oz. Hooks, bring some 1/0 live bait style for casting an anchovy and 4/0-5/0 cirlcle hooks for the live squid. Barracuda and yellowtail love the iron, so bring a couple casting jigs in your favorit colors!

OVERNIGHT TACKLE: Outer island trips you want to bring a medium rod/reel combo with 25-30lb line and a medium-heavy rod/reel combo with 40lb line. Torpedo sinkers ranging from 8oz to 16oz are being used daily. Egg sinkers size 1/4oz to 1/2oz, and or banana jig heads 1/2oz to 3/4oz. Hook size will depend on the brand, but size 4/0 through 6/0 is most brands will do the job.

REMEMBER: no ice chest's or coolers allowed on any boat. We simply dont have enough room for them. No outside alcohalic beverages are permitted, they must be purchased on board in the galley (photo i.d. required). Fishing licenses, rods, terminal tackle, food or gratuity are NOT included in your ticket price.

1 DAY CALIFORNIA FISHING LICENSE $14.86 - RENTAL ROD $15 PER DAY - TERMINAL TACKLE FOR THE DAY COST'S ABOUT $10
