NORTH: Tom Ogden fly fished from a kick boat. In five hours, he caught two 17-inch wipers, four green sunfish (from 7-9 inches), and eight chubs (from 12-14 inches). Tom used fast-sinking line and a size 6 beadhead soft hackle fly.

HUNTINGTON RESERVOIR: Tom Ogden and two others fished for seven hours from kick boats. In that time, they caught 32 tiger trout ranging from 8-20 inches long. The best tackle was size 6-8 soft hackle flies or red leeches on fast-sinking line. Tom observed a number of other shoreline and boat anglers, but other didn't seem to be catching many fish.
