On Sept. 17, there weren't many anglers fishing at the reservoir. We could see trout jumping and feeding off the surface on the north side at 4 p.m. The water is relatively clear and visibility is good. Algae have started to bloom and are accumulating on the surface. Trout seem to be most active during the late afternoon and evening hours.
