Colton from the Round Rocks Fly Shop reports great fishing. The water is crystal clear and the water level is at base flows. A group of friends recently had a great trip fishing between the second and third dams, and a little above the third dam. The group caught and released about 20 fish using purple midges, caddis nymphs and top-water attractors like renegades and caddis flies. They had better fishing using nymphs in the early afternoon and dry flies in the late afternoon. Brown trout are getting ready to spawn and are feeding aggressively. Now is a great time to fish the Logan River.
