http://wildlife.utah.govThe pond is almost completely covered in ice. There is a little open water around the inlet. Ice fishing is permitted at the reservoir, but do so at your own risk. Ice thickness varies throughout the reservoir, so we recommend waiting to venture out. Prior to freezing, the water level had come up quite a bit and is almost full.
