http://www.truckeeriveroutfitters.comFishing overall has been a little slow. As always this time of year the anlgers that move around and find the fish are doing better. The anglers that continue to pound the nets area are not doing very good. Brian Sullivan caught and released two fish over 4 pounds last weekend while fishing the South end of the lake. there have been other reports of fisherman doing pretty decent on the South end. Bloody Mary flies and Crystal Beetles as well as Burk's Dragon Fly nymphs have been catching fish.

**It is "fly fishing only" there all winter now. Fish the transition where the lake and stream meet about 8/10th of a mile above the lower bridge. Fish will be staging there to head up the stream to spawn this winter. Look for some Baetis (BWO) #18 mayfly and small midge hatches. Cast anything wet that is a size #10/12 green/olive to working fish. Indicator fishing with very small (#18) nymphs on 6x tippet is very popular there now.......
