The plan was to catch Tuna but that quickly changed after they saw how many Dorado, big Dorado, were out at Golden Gate. They ended their day with two 60+ lb Yellowfin, one 45 lb yellowfin, and 6 Dorado.

Bob Dietz headed out with Alezx on El Nuevo and had an early Dorado hook-up. After the early Dorado bite they headed out for the Marlin. They ended with a Stripe Marlin and a Sailfish. The Guion party headed out with Javier and Manuel on Rum Runnin. They had an excellent day catching 10 Dorado, 1 Tuna and a Stripe Marlin. Cesar managed to catch 4 big Dorado right outside of the lighthouse on his half-day trip with the Wachsler group. Mike Dingillo went out for their 2nd day with Redrum.
