Trout are being caught from the shoreline near the Main Recreation Area the Pines. Boaters have been having the best luck at the Round Top, Sandy Point, and Scow Canyon. Power-Bait for the Trout such as Chartreuse, Rainbow and Garlic have been working as well. Night Crawlers still seem to be a hot bait of choice. Trolling is starting to pick up. A couple of good sized trout have been brought in trolling. The Broken-Back Fire-Tiger Rapala, Mepps, and Kastmasters are being used to catch trout on the troll.

Bass are starting to bite on spinner baits, crank baits and roboworms. The Main rec and Scow Canyon being the better spots.
