The road has been cleared to Spicer. The lake level is low due to the lack of water, but recent storms should raise the lake level. The ramp is still about 50 feet above the lake level so launching a boat will be difficult. Warning, Hobart Creek is off limits to fishing until JULY 1ST. There is also a lake level flow law that makes it illegal to fish the flow of Hobart Creek coming into the lake.  (209) 795-1686
