Trout fishing is quite good. Some of the largest trout in recent memory were caught  this week. Big fish of the week was Mike Hage of Sonoma caught a 9.8 pound rainbow trolling 10 feet below the surface with a plain nightcrawler. Runner-up was a 7.12 pound trout caught in Elmer’s Cove by Thomas Brown of Loomis. Catfish bite is coming on in Elmer’s Cove and in the channel near the bridge. 1-800-286-0576
