Fishing on Silver Lake has been pretty good this past week. We had a few days of wind, snow and cold temperatures which put a damper on some of the fishing this week, but when the Anglers where able to get on the water the results were great. Most Anglers saw some good action using a wide variety of tools this week. Worms have been the most consistent which is not surprising this time of year with colder waters. Angler’s also saw some good action using Thomas Buoyant lures, Yellow Glitter Garlic Power Bait and Various colors in the Mice Tails. Rush Creek was the hot spot this week producing several nice one to two pounders where Silver Lake dumps into Rush Creek. DFW have continued to stock weekly with catchable Rainbows and we should be getting a load of larger 2-4 pound Rainbows in the next two to three weeks. Silver Lake (760) 648-7525
