Trout bite has been consistent with the usual Power Bait or worms.  With two trout plants coming up in the next week fish should be abundant. Trout bite best from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.  A few catfish limits are being brought in on chicken liver and mackerel. Shore and dock fishing on the south end of the lake has produced fish and east cove is also a good spot for trout.  Boat fishing for trout is the best way to catch the fish, with most anglers heading to the south end or Harry’s Cove.   (925) 284-9669
