Fishing this week picked up a little with a limit or more per boat being the norm. Black Rock and the areas around it is still the best spot. Most trollers are reporting the best depth at 25 feet using chartreuse, orange, ruby red or yellow beaded spinners with a tip of crawler on the hook. Fishing activity has been light, but those who fished this week reported anywhere from??three fish in the boat, to??2 limits??for??another boat with two anglers. Bank fishermen aren't doing much. An occasional stray trout is caught, perhaps up to 3 or 4 fish in the right spot, but over all, bank fishing is very slow.
