http://norcal.fishreports.comTrout bite is good early and then fades by mid-day. Bank fishermen have been out in numbers. Many were fishing near the dam and Sierra Marina. Those I talked to had a bite or two and some had a couple fish. The Shaver Lake Trophy Trout Project will be introducing a very hybrid trout to the lake soon. About 1,700 plus bow's from 3 to 8 pounds will be released into the lake. More on that plant will be discussed by SLTTP planting chairman Bob Bernier at the Herb Bauer's Shaver Lake seminar on February 26th at 6 pm.
