Visibility has improved and river is fishable. Flow is 3,250 cfs. Decent action is being enjoyed now that there is close to 4 feet of visibility. Rubberlegs, dark caddis patterns, PMDs, sucker spawn and alevins all will work. The Fly Shop (530) 222-3555
