http://wildlife.utah.govThe reservoir is half covered with ice, but the ice is in large floating sheets. The ramp is open and much of the area close to the ramp is open water. Boaters might be able to skirt along the shoreline to reach the dam area, but that's where most of the ice remains. The wind is moving the sheets around, though, so your boat could be cut off. The water level is low.
