http://wildlife.utah.govThe reservoir is capped under a thin, unstable sheet of ice. Unfortunately, the ice is not fishable. It's only thick enough to prevent access to the water. The road over Monte Cristo is closed. You can reach the reservoir through Woodruff, driving through either Logan Canyon or Evanston. Many thanks to Conservation Officer John Owen for the report.
