Raccoon Point continues to kick out trout. The bite at Half Moon Bay is starting to gain momentum. Big fish of the week was an 11 pound trout was caught by Sean Wong, trolling a broken-back fire tiger Rapala near the dam. Bass bite is improving. Some are on beds in the tules across from Raccoon Point. Most bass caught have been smaller than 4 pounds. (510) 247-2526
