People trolling have been catching larger trout by the dam area. Troll using Rapalas without any weight. Fishing for catfish is best by the boat launch. There is a lot of catfish that seem to be hungry. Many catfish are being caught by trout fishermen. To increase chance of catching a catfish use stinky bait like chicken livers or anchovies. The bite is still on for the bass fishermen. Top spots are the Rock wall, Sather Canyon and near the Main Rec Pier. Throw shad colored spinner baits or drop shot RoboWorms. (510) 223-1661
