Capt Jonathan Yamate checked in from the Royal Polaris this evening with an update of todays fishing, today we had a really excellent day of Yellowfin Tuna fishing. We ended the day with 37 Yellowfin and 1 Wahoo, this morning we had 22 from 140 to 180 lbs and then in the afternoon we had another shot at them. We got 15 on this bite with the fish ranging from 180 to 190 lbs also, 4 of these were over 200 lbs. Alan Hartman came in with a 236 lb Yellowfin, followed by Craig Miller with a 201 lber, also were Jim Howard weighed one in with a 215 lber. The last one came in at 231 for Don Burnside, we still have 5 more days of fishing left and just topped off our second hold. We did have an opening on a fly down fly back Natake trip departing on 3 April, we also have a couple spots on the trip departing on 24 April, which is our last long range trip of the year.
