Trout and bass both are cooperating with anglers. Chris King of Sacramento caught a 12.06 pound trout with a Rapala near the dam. Jason Canning of Livermore hooked an 8.48 pound rainbow at the day use Peninsula using a Senko. Jerry Schmerer of Lodi landed a 10.7 pound trout while trolling near Little Hat Island. Bass bite is solid outside the north shore marina cove and on the other side of the lake near the launch. Houseboat Cove also has bass. (209) 763-5915, (209) 763-5166
