West side from the Power Lines to the Coast Guard station has been productive for trollers and bait anglers targeting striped bass. A few stripers as large as 28-29 inches are being caught. Most are in the mid-20s. Trollers use P-Lines or Yozuris. Most of the action is below the Rio Vista Bridge. Hap’s Bait (707) 374-2372
